This course focused on strategies for integration of technology into classroom practice. Students explored a variety of teaching strategies and pedagogical approaches for implementing technology use across the curriculum. The student designed and implement lessons demonstrating appropriate ways to use technology to meet existing curricular objectives and to expand curricular options. Students designed and implemented professional development plans for helping other teachers develop these skills. |

Reflection: To reflect on the final project, I feel that the lesson was a success on some levels. They were able to create a visual and audio portfolio of their artwork that they can show to their peers as well as prospective colleges. I have learned to instruct them on a more creative level, not simply click and drag your images. “Lets look at how we can make your PodCasted Portfolio different and more personal than the next person.” I will spend time showing them how to create more exciting backgrounds for their images using Adobe PhotoShop. |
