| Part One: Read all 5 parts of this BBC report on the Holocaust. Don't forget to take notes about the causes, the main events, and the results of the Holocaust. When you are done reading, make a concept web or 5 w's web to organize the information you have learned. See a sample 5 w's web. |
| Part Two: Choose a survivor at this site. Spend 30 minutes reading and listening to his/her story. When you are finished, you will write a letter to this person mentioning at least two events from his/her life and telling him/her what you learned from his/her story. |
Part Three: Select one of the sites linked below. Browse the photographs. Choose 3 photographs. On a sheet of paper, write a description of the photo, then tell what you learned about the Holocaust from looking at and thinking about the picture. |
