Introduction
You have been selected to propose improvements in the rehabilitations
of the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA). You and your classmates will present
your findings in front of a group of dignitaries and concerned citizens.
You will
be using the Internet and other sources of information to broaden your understanding
of the issues and concerns facing city leaders and citizens of Chicago. You
will work in a team to learn about the history of the CHA, the struggles
it has faced, and the plans to transform it.
