The Process

You will complete this project using  information and resources, which will provide prices of airfare or bus fare, hotels, and restaurants.

You will gather information on the two places and then make a chart and graph using Microsoft Excel to compare and contrast which place you will be going to on Spring Break
Day 1
Research on Disneyland(Florida) and Disneyworld(California):
Airfare, bus fare, hotels, restuarants and places to visit.
Day 2
Using Microsoft Excel make a chart, comparing and constrasting the prices of airfare, bus fare and hotels for each place. Then find the total price of each place and make that information into a graph.
Please be creative(for example, use different colors and play around with the different formats using Excel) print the chart and graph. Turn in at the end of the next class period.

Day 3
From the information you gathered, you will choose the location you are going to visit for Spring Break. Remember you must choose one that leaves money for food and other attractions. Using Mircosoft Excel you are to make a chart for each of the four days you are going to be there. You will then make a chart showing how much you spend each day on restauants and places you visited. A graph is not required here, just the chart. You will have four charts, one for each day.Must be turned in at the end of the class period.
Day 4
We will have a travel agent come in aand observe the findings you have gathered and he/she will explain to you how MATH plays a role in deciding travel destinations in everyday life.

HAVE A GREAT AND SAFE SPRING BREAK!!!!
