This is a research endeavor into the topic of interactive whiteboards in the classroom.  I investigated how interactive whiteboards (IWBs) could be integrated into lesson planning, presentations, assessment, and the physical environment of the classroom.  I also considered their role in classroom management, motivation, collaboration, record-keeping, etc.  Once I concluded that there were clear benefits to having this technology in the classroom, I looked at how the staff in my building had responded to the IWBs and what steps needed to be taken to support further integration of the technology.
