 TO MOVE AROUND THE WEB
 
 
  • Collections of related web pages are called web sites -- for example WebTeach is a web site.
  • We linked web pages within WebTeach.
  • You are able to access these pages by utilizing the "links" we created on our web pages.
 
 
  •     LINKS -HYPERTEXT
    		•
  • Text/graphics connected to other web pages by links.
    		•
  • Link is underlined and usually in contrasting color.
    		•
  • "Little hand" appears when mouse pointer positioned over 

    •     linked text/graphic.
  • To open "link," position mouse pointer over "link" and

    •     double click.
  • Text color and/or graphic border of link usually change 

    •     color to indicate link has been previously opened.
