To save a still picture, right-click on it and select 'Save image as....' Navigate to the folder you've chosen for saving your pictures, and save.
To view this video clip, just click on it. If you're using Internet Explorer, it will open immediately in Windows Media Player (or whatever your computer has set as the default player.) To save the video using Internet Explorer, right click on the link on this page (NOT in Media Player) and choose 'Save Target As.' Save it to the same folder you used for the stills. If you are using Firefox, click on the link on this page to open it, then click 'Open with.' To save the file using Firefox, right-click on the link on this page and click 'Save Link As.' Again, save to the same folder as you used for the stills.
NOTE: sometimes when you find a picture or a video clip on the internet, the person who put it there does not want it to be copied. If that is the case, when you right-click, it will not give you the option of saving the link or target.
