Goodmire Centennial Village of Peace and Hippies will be surrounded by mountains and hills alike. The weather will be natural, winter, fall, spring, and summer. The villagers will each get their own bike. Their own bathroom of course and indoor plumbing and lights and everyone will get educated. There is no money but this is not a communist country.
