The government and laws

                 My definition of a utopian community is a city with no problems unlike Earths. There is an incredible small crime rate and no war. Each family can chose a spouse, and job. The mother can give birth to a maximum of four children which stay in the family until they are twenty. There is an ice bridge that leads to the area outside the city. There are emotions and memories. There is a lake to fish and swim in for luxury and/or relaxation for weary citizens.

The city has a modern age theme combined with a space age theme. It has much flora and fauna located in the city. Each building is clean and is completely safe. There are no Diseases, but there is a virus. Transportation is used by air tubes and  airships. There is a large house that is heavily defended which is where the leader sleeps. The cars use an electric powered car to propel it’s self any where to due the computer massive electricity
