Learners

This webquest is designed for 9-12th graders who are part of a computer application class or a business class.  The webquest is anchored in computer applicatons, but also includes, language arts, math, and fine arts to a lesser extent.  

This webquest was specifically designed as a final project in Computer Information Technologies, which is currently offered to 9th grade students.  These tasks can only be accomplished after the students have been taught basic features of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Other technologies can replace these.  Students must also be familiar with the Internet and how to search for specific information.  This is a hands-on, performanced-based, and engaged-learning webquest.  Studensts will participate in a real-world experience.  This is an assignment they may have to do when the go on vacation, or work in an office.
