Welcome to ChemCorner, a web site created for students, parents, and teachers to enhance and extend the communication beyond the classroom. Students will find planned learning activities that support the Illinois Learning Standards and will be able to maximize the use of available technology in the classroom. This web site is sponsored by Chicago Public School and University of Chicago Internet Project (CUIP) or Web Institute for Teachers.
This school year the Chemistry Van and Physics Van Inservice Institute for Teachers of Chicago State University are lending our school the laboratory supplies and equipment in supporting the enrichment of Chicago schools' science program. Thanks to Dr. Mel Sabella, Joel Hofslund, Dr Michael Mimnaugh,Dr Sharon McCarthy, and James Simpson for leading the Chicago State Inservice Programs.
