Introduction

If you want more out of computers than just typing on them , then this is the site for you.  This webquest is designed for my students as a review whom have gone through my A+ class.

Your task in the world of computers is to individually study all the parts of the computers and how they relate to each other.  Once you complete the reading, you will have a better understanding of how computers function.

1. Read the web site,  How Do Computers Work. You want to click on this site. http://www.factmonster.com/ipka/A0774696.html
   
2. Click on each computer part and study the definitions.

3. Go to the function category, read each part to discover how each part functions with the computer. refer to (Mrs. Warren's Web site).
   
4. Draw a picture of each part.
5. Draw a diagram of a computer (You may want to go to http://images.google.com/ ).
   
6. Write a paper describing how the computer works, incorporating the role of each part.
   
7. Take a test on the parts of the computer and how they communicate with each other.
   

Students will work individually.
