 This artifact was completed in the Application Tools for Learning TIE 553 class. I finished this class in the spring of 2003.

The artifact presented here is the instructional powerpoint that I made to provide an overview for the reading log that created to meet the specific needs of a fourth grade reading teacher in my building. The log is a database that was designed using the program Access. I no longer have a copy of the original reading log.
