PLESSEY VS. FERGUSON

I learned a lot about Plessey. Plessey tries to do the right thing for blacks by saying blacks should not be separated from whites in schools and restaurants and other places. But Ferguson the white man wanted the blacks to be separated but see we wasn’t having that blacks wanted to be equal with the whites and being able to go the places they go. The whole thing was about separation from blacks and whites. Plessey won and blacks can go places wherever they want to go

ELLA BAKER

I guess Ms. Ella baker was one of the great-unsung heroes of the US civil right movements. Yes, Ella baker published a book called Ella baker and the black freedom movement. Ella baker was born December 13, 1903 and died December 13, 1986 . Ella went to Shaw University in Raleigh , North Carolina and graduated as a valedictorian in 1927. In 1940 Ella became an active in the NAACP. Ella baker died in New York City . Ella baker started her own organization called SNCC.

 

ANGELO'S BIOGRAPHY

Hello my name is Angelo. The thing that interest and excites me the most is when I watch football and playing football. It interests me because I like tackling and catching the football. It is fun doing that kind of sport because you could accomplish a lot.

I’m happy when I go places that are really fun and buying things. That makes me happy because I like having new things like my report card.

What I do for leisure or free time is talk or read a book. I talk sometimes because I have things to talk about, stuff that is funny and good. Sometimes I would read a book while I’m not talking.

My academics and school goals are to be in JROTC as a Sergeant and working my way up to be in college playing football.

My ultimate career job is being a professional football player. In the future I view myself as a star football player. It inspires me to choose this path because it looks fun and great for younger people to want to be like you.

ANGELO'S ROLE MODEL

I like Jamie Fox as my role model because he makes me laugh and how he does his comedy shows for us people. Around the world Jamie makes us laugh and it is fun to laugh. By the mid 1990’s stand up comic Jamie Fox had begun had begun to parley his work in comedy clubs and on the TV sketch comedy in living color “into a feature film career. Fox had begun performing in comedy clubs soon after reaching Los Angeles in 1989 within the next few years he appeared on stage at the Comedy Store. He is very funny, that is why he is my role model.
